註：所有講員、主持人以及工作人員皆不須填寫報名表單。
The Conference Speakers, Chairs and Staffs are not required to fill in the registration form.
轉帳繳費方式及注意事項Payment Methods & Notices

本年度之繳費系統已整合進報名表單中，請於報名後一併完成付款。

The payment system is integrated in the registration form, please complete your payment after filling it out.

新加入會員請確認已填寫入會申請書。

New members, please confirm that you have filled out the membership application form.
The application form can be found in the link.

若有團報需求，請在填寫完報名表單後，另外請 每一位團報成員填寫此份表單，以利行政作業。

For group registration, please fill in the form after the representative had fill in the registration form and made the payment.

2025年4月14日 前未完成繳費者，早鳥優惠價將轉以原價收費。

If payment is not completed before April 14, 2025. Early bird discount will be automatically transferred to the regular fee.

2025年5月8日 前未完成繳費者，恕不受理報名作業。
-
If payment is not completed before May 8, 2025. Registration will not be accepted.

如完成報名但因故不克參加者，請務必於2025年5月10日前備齊繳費證明以 E-mail 方式向學會申請全額退費，逾期恕不受理 。

If you have completed the registration but are unable to participate, please E-mail the transfer certificate or payment receipt (screenshot or photo) to biophys@gate.sinica.edu.tw for a full refund before May 10, 2025. Refunds are not available after May 10, 2025.

凡報名繳費本次研討會之會員，可折抵 2026 年度之常年會費(即報名費折抵明年會費)。

All registered members for the Conference can deduct the annual membership fee for 2026.

經確認繳費且金額正確後，將發送電子收據至所填寫之 E-mail 信箱。

After confirmation of the payment and the correctness of the amount, an electronic receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
